The Service from Charlie Bears was fine, however on arrival the box was badly battered, the Charlie Bear seemed OK but the delivery service was not up to standard.

Every detail of this bear is beautiful his fur is so soft, his moveable body and his key sewn into his fur the weight of his body makes him feel even more beautiful and unique to other bear brands! My daughter is going to absolutely adore him as much as I do!
