If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items. Please do this by contacting us by email ( or telephone (01566 777092).

The cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or not accurately described.

Any goods returned should be in sale-able condition, with any seals and wrappers unbroken. These terms apply to your order and we may change our terms and conditions at any time. 

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.

If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforcement of the remainder.

How to return products

It is essential that you complete our returns form, ensuring that you answer all the questions and send it back to us together with the product you wish to return to the address below. Please note that products returned without a returns form will not be dealt with until we receive the completed form from you.

A returns form should be included in with your bear and if this is missing then please print one by clicking HERE.


To return your goods, please call us on 01566 777092, we can then create a DPD returns label, then take to your nearest DPD drop-off shop. This will incur zero cost to you as the buyer. We will not refund any goods which are lost in the post. If your order is not faulty/incorrect, you will need to arrange return of items at your own cost. In this instance, please return to:

If you have changed your mind, your goods are not faulty and your order was not incorrect/incomplete, you can use our DPD Returns Portal to pay for and return your order to us...


This is the safest way to return your goods to us. Please bear in mind that we will not be able to issue you a refund if your goods go missing and fail to reach us. You are responsible for your returns and any cost incurred until it reaches us and so we highly recommend using a service with accurate tracking and traceability.
