Charlie Bears Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose, and the offer may be withheld until verification is complete.
Offer Details
Eligible participants will receive a discount code for 10% off their next purchase.
The discount code is valid for one (1) transaction only and must be applied at checkout.
Codes are strictly single use, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and hold no cash value.
Offer valid from 15th December 2025.
Exclusions
The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
Charlie Bears Ltd may exclude certain products, collections, or limited editions at its sole discretion.
The discount cannot be applied to the purchase of gift vouchers, delivery charges, or any non-qualifying items as determined by Charlie Bears Ltd.
Redemption
To redeem, customers must enter the discount code at checkout before completing payment.
The discount code must be used within 60 days from the date of issue (“Offer Period”). Expired or invalid codes will not be accepted.
Charlie Bears Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline redemption of any code where it reasonably believes the code has been tampered with, duplicated, misused, obtained fraudulently, or used in a manner which distorts the spirit of the promotion.
General
Charlie Bears Ltd reserves the right to suspend, amend, or cancel this promotion or any code at any time, without notice, if it has reason to believe there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions, abuse of the promotion, or any fraudulent activity.
The decision of Charlie Bears Ltd in all matters relating to this promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
In the event of a return, refund, or cancellation, the discount applied will not be reinstated or reissued.
Use of the discount code constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
