  1. Promoter
    The Best Friends Club is operated by Charlie Bears Ltd, Unit 2 Milford Park, Launceston, UK, PL15 7PJ (“Charlie Bears”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

  2. Eligibility
    2.1 Membership is open worldwide.
    2.2 There are no age restrictions for membership; however, purchases must be made in accordance with applicable laws in the purchaser’s country of residence.

  3. Membership Purchase and Duration
    3.1 Best Friends Club membership is purchased as a one-off annual payment.
    3.2 Membership is valid for a fixed period ending on 30 April each year, regardless of the purchase date.
    3.3 Membership does not automatically renew. A new membership must be purchased for each subsequent year.

  4. Membership Benefits
    4.1 Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:

  • A complimentary welcome gift

  • Free UK standard shipping and subsidised international shipping (subject to separate terms and conditions)

    9.1 Charlie Bears reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw membership benefits at any time where reasonably necessary.
    9.2 Any significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.

  2. Communications
    10.1 Membership does not automatically subscribe members to marketing communications.
    10.2 Members may opt in to receive marketing emails separately via the Charlie Bears mailing list.

  3. Liability
    11.1 Charlie Bears shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil membership benefits where such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control.
    11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charlie Bears excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from membership.

  4. General
    12.1 By purchasing membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    12.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Terms and Conditions

    The promoter of this prize draw is Charlie Bears Ltd.

  2. Eligibility
    2.1 Entry is open worldwide to individuals who are valid members of the Charlie Bears Best Friends Club.
    2.2 Entrants must hold an active and valid Best Friends Club membership at the time of entry.
    2.3 Employees of Charlie Bears Ltd and their immediate families may be excluded from entry at the Promoter’s discretion.

  3. Entry Requirements
    3.1 Entry to the prize draw is free of charge.
    3.2 To enter, eligible members must complete their membership card confirming that they have purchased all eligible member bears and provide a valid order number.
