We aim to dispatch all orders that are in stock within 24 working hours via a courier service. During peak times, please allow up to 5 working days for despatch (Cuddle Time Shows/Sale events). Please also know that it can take up to a couple of days after your tracking information is sent to you for your parcel to be collected by our couriers. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Please let us know if you would like your order to be sent to an alternative delivery address.
If you live outside the UK, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be. Any orders placed could be subject to cross border or exchange fees by your card issuer, and Charlie Bears cannot reimburse for any fees assessed by your card-issuing bank.
If you do need to make any changes to your delivery then please ensure that you call The Bearhouse on 01566 777092. If you send us an e-mail then we cannot guarantee that this will be read before your order is dispatched.
If you wish to have multiple boxes, you will need to place your orders separately per bear. Otherwise your delivery will arrive packed in as few boxes as possible to ensure efficient delivery. Each bear is not boxed separately as standard.
Our shipping matrix for up to 15KG is below. We calculate our shipping rates based on overall picnic basket total. The shipping cost is the same across the UK and depending on location and weight will be delivered by either DHL or Royal Mail. Our deliveries will come in one box to ensure we provide the best rate of postage possible for our customers - where possible.
Our DHL service is based on the next working day. This service does not cover weekend delivery. If your order is placed on a Friday, the next working day for delivery will be Tuesday. If you are unsure as to which day your order will be delivered, and you require your order by a certain day, please check in with our customer service team via headbear@charliebears.com or call us on 01566 777092.
