Promoter
This promotion is offered by Charlie Bears Ltd, Unit 2 Milford Park, Launceston, UK, PL15 7PJ (“Charlie Bears”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Eligibility
2.1 This promotion is open to customers placing qualifying orders during the promotion period.
2.2 Employees of Charlie Bears Ltd and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation at the Promoter’s discretion.
Promotion Period
3.1 The promotion begins at 9:00 AM (BST) on 10 June 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM (BST) on 21 June 2026.
3.2 Orders placed outside of this period will not qualify.
Offer Details
4.1 Customers who spend £80 or more on products in a single transaction will receive one (1) complimentary mystery gift.
4.2 The mystery gift has a recommended retail price (“RRP”) of £12.99.
4.3 The qualifying spend applies to product purchases only and excludes postage, shipping charges, gift cards, taxes, and any other non-product charges.
4.4 Only one mystery gift may be awarded per qualifying order unless otherwise stated.
4.5 The mystery gift will be selected by Charlie Bears and cannot be chosen by the customer.
4.6 The mystery gift awarded may vary between orders and regions.
4.7 Charlie Bears reserves the right to substitute the mystery gift with an alternative mystery gift of equal or greater retail value if the original gift becomes unavailable for any reason.
Combination with Other Offers
This promotion may be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise specified.
Returns and Refunds
6.1 If a qualifying order is returned and the remaining order value falls below the qualifying spend threshold, Charlie Bears reserves the right to require the mystery gift to be returned in unused condition or to deduct its value from any refund where permitted by law.
General
7.1 The mystery gift is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
7.2 Charlie Bears reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.
7.3 By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
7.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
